Dr. Cathy Schmidt is a Chiropractor with more than 5 years of experience.
Liliana is a very dedicated and passionate professional always looking for holistic therapeutic approaches for her patients. She has 10 years of experience as a general doctor in Colombia. She trained in manual osteopathy in Canada and focuses her practice in neuromuscular and visceral dysfunctions applying techniques that work within the patient's tolerance.
Sarah is an RMT who enjoys helping others and working with each individual to obtain an optimum state of health. She offers a range of techniques to manipulate the soft tissues and joints of the body. The purpose is to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function or relieve pain. She loves to see the relief massage therapy provides from of an array of discomforts stemming from stress, chronic pain and muscular overuse.
Stefan has been with River Stone since we opened! He has many years of experience as an RMT and especially enjoys doing deep tissue and hot stone massage.
Kristine is a specialist with various therapeutic techniques and provides excellent deep tissue massage.
Marnie graduated from the University of Alberta in with a Bachelors of Science Specializing in Genetics. She has a 3000 hour diploma in Advanced Massage Therapy from MaKami College of Massage in Edmonton, Alberta and has been practising for 7 years. She is currently working at MaKami College assisting the instructors, as well as doing clinic massage. Marnie’s favourite massage is therapeutic treatments that address daily aches and chronic pains as well as acute problems.
Sydney is an RMT who loves to work with her client to find the best outcomes for pain relief and stress reduction.
Miranda graduated in Oct 2015 from Makami College. She has been working as an RMT for more than 3 years. Miranda excels at therapeutic and deep tissue massage. She is am working towards her Kinetic Massage certification and PTSD related courses. Her plans are to continue into Osteopathy. Miranda’s career was chosen because she was once in tremendous pain from an incident and was unable to walk due to muscle guarding and stiffness. The pain was unbearable at times, but massage helped release the muscles that were working overtime guarding the injury. Massage helped her pain ebb and she was able to resume walking without the aid of a cane. Since then she does her best to help ease that others are experiencing and improve their quality of their life. Miranda is the oldest of six from a single mother. She is also Transgendered. She is happily married with 2 furbabies (cats), Evan and Daphne.
